This is rendered real-time (60Hz+) from our Sky Sequencer tool. As a break from the more realistic Earth-like skies we normally do, these are examples of some more outlandish settings.

This video shows the lightning effects of a Simul thundercloud. All the same features of a regular cloud volume are included, in addition the thundercloud generates lightning bolts that illuminate their surroundings in 3D. Several bolts can be seen at once, each with its own localized light effects.
